GALERIE DEADFLY is a new space that has recenty opened in Berlin and is run by MFA graduate Maurice Doherty.

GALERIE DEADFLY is located at Niederbarnimstr 15, Friedrichshain, beside Intimes Kino, on the corner of Boxhagner Straße. 

The latest exhibition Life Is Beautiful closes on September 1st.

Charline Von Hyle, Now or Else @ Tate Liverpool

I took a special trip from Scotland to England for this.  I went to the land of the Beatles, Liverpool where on the warf of the bay sits an outpost of the Tate.  They installed Charline Von Hyle's retrospective there, some 50 odd paintings or so.  An impressive showing of a mid-career artist.  It was worth the train trip.
